The Maintenance Director of an apartment complex discovered the structure of an apartment supported by a breezeway had failed.  This long-term client immediately called Wayne Norman seeking advice.

Wayne recommended "surgery" in favor of the "bandage" that had failed.  The previous repair was simply aesthetic and did not remedy the structural failure - which was the cause.  The previous contractor offered to repair the area again...
