Manholes can deteriorate, whether they are older brick construction or newer cast structures, eventually developing cracks and starting to leak.

Competitors might offer cheaper solutions by applying a grout to fill the surface cracks and calling it a day.  But if they do not address the problem at the source, these repairs could eventually spall and fail as well.

Capital City Services offers a more thorough, two-phase solution.  First, we inject hydrophobic foam to seal the voids from the inside of the structure wall, deeper than grouts will reach from the surface.  We then prepare and apply a cementitious coating to the exposed interior surface, refinishing the manhole to be as good as new for years to come.
