JUNCTION RESTORATION
Simulation
Upon completion of a new drainage system, a client discovered a displaced joint between two of their new pipes during a TV pipe inspection.
The CCS team responded with a solution. But, the process had never been tried before. So what was the next step? In the interests of safety and success, Capital City Services, in an unprecedented procedure, performed a simulation of junction restoration.
"The best way to ensure success in applying a new process, is by first simulating it."
-Wayne Norman, President of CCS
Simulation
The first step was to simulate the actual work environment.
This was done by creating a form to simulate the buried pipe.
The exposed cross section reveals a successful repair.
